If you contact us via the form on the website or via e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed to third parties without your consent.

Retention of data

We advise you that for the purpose of easier shopping and later contract processing by the webshop operator using cookies, the IP data of the connection owner are stored as well as the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address of the buyer.
In addition, the following data will also be stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract: Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual procedures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. A data transfer to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutes / payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax consultant to fulfill our tax obligations.
If the purchase process is cancelled the data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is finalized, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the end of the tax retention period (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are stored until the expiration of the product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the DSGVO (Austrian General Data Protection Regulation).
